My mother is a retired teacher of 31 years in the special education program, and I totally respect her for her dedication to the profession. At a time when I was younger, I didn’t want to become a teacher but I’m seriously considering it as an alternative career in my forties. I am still very adamant about my creative abilities in making them a career, but if duty calls for me to teach and nurture children in a classroom setting, I will accept that with no doubt. Possibly combining the two may make sense for my purpose in the long-run!

A good neighbor respects one another with intentional kindness. Good neighbor watches out for their fellow man, especially if they see something is wrong or concerning. While bad neighbors have a habit of taunting and showing unreasonable pettiness, a good neighbor shows the opposite. We should strive to be good neighbors even if they’re not our ideal neighbor or different-respect goes a long way!

First and foremost, I’m especially living by the phrase “You should treat others how you would like to be treated.” Also, the “Law of Reciprocity “ aka karma is another principle that guides my actions and decisions. While I am human and make human errors, my treatment of humanity is very much aligned with how the most HIGH would expect from someone like me-anyone for that matter.

My name is Arabic/Sub-Saharan African origin. Aziza-which means “precious” is my first name. My parents wanted to give their children (together) names of that culture and I’m so glad they did!

I would change the lack of empathy towards others and pace of life. It seems as technology has evolved, people are disconnected from reality-along with people. Also, the pace of life continues to speed up and decreasing our capacity for life. Slowing down and appreciating other people would make this a more quality-based society.

Jazz music carries my day and makes me feel whole. I always get inspired when I listen to jazz music at work. I also listen messages or podcasts that inspire me to live out my passions-mainly for art! A combination of these things help me realize my talents in fashion, music, and overall creativity.

Currently, I go to bed at 8:30 p.m daily and wake up at approximately 3:30 a.m. on the weekdays; my weekends vary but I usually awake at 4:30 a.m. My schedule is extremely early because I have to be at work at 5:00 a.m. weekdays and 6:00 a.m. on the weekends. My early schedules are learning curves because I am NOT a morning person and hate arising before sun-up. However, I heard the most successful stories are from people who awaken early in the morning!

I would love to start making cuisines from Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, West African, Caribbean, East Indian, Asian fusions; I am also interested in learning to cook French pastries.

I throughly enjoy foods from all over the world, especially dishes that have many spices and flavors! Travel can really open you up to such enriching foods and dishes.

I just love doggies! The loyalty and temperament of most dogs are just soothing and loving. Being around them, especially when they’re young, is such a great feeling; watching them grow into adults lets you see their personalities in full-scale. Dogs make me so happy!

I love researching my favorite products and information that is relevant to the world around me. There’s no better feeling than reading and understanding something to see if it fits into your desires perfectly. I also use my research to make content that I know I would enjoy and others would. No better satisfaction comes from such!
